The Newport Mallet 2 is the mid-mallet counterpart to the iconic Newport 2, but adds a full wrap around sole-face of aircraft aluminum to complement its stable and more forgiving design. The Newport Mallet 2 is all about promoting feel while expanding what’s possible with performance by mixing multiple materials for easy alignment, responsive feedback and unmatched stability.

The Newport Mallet 2 extends the low-slung, melt-into-the-ground contours of the Newport 2 head shape while integrating Scotty’s MOI-enhancing 6061 aircraft aluminum face-sole technology, fused to the stainless frame with a vibration-dampening system that delivers unmatched sound and feel.

EASY ALIGNMENT

The pop-through flange alignment system allows the player to address the ball squarely with the ball positioned properly forward in the stance. The heavier stainless steel in the perimeter, out and away from the center, provides resistance to twisting and balance through the stroke.
