The New Taylormade Golf SIM 2 Rescue

Following on from the success of the original SIM family taylormade has just launched its new 2021 metalwoods range the SIM 2. The lineup for the rescues consists of 2 models; SIM 2 and the SIM 2 Max which also comes in ladies.

Taylormade wanted to improve on being a leader in distance in the hybrid sector taking it the next level of versatility with a redesigned V Steel sole. By redistributing the weight to enhance foregiveness while maintaining a low CG. Turfinteraction is improved with the new sole having a decreased area due to depressed toe and heel greatly improving the clubs versatility.

An upgraded V Steel™ design redistributes weight to improve forgiveness whilst maintaining low CG properties. The depressed heel and toe sections minimize the sole area, enhancing V Steel's turf interaction and versatility benefits.

FORGED C300 STEEL TWIST FACE®

The forged high strength C300 Steel allows for a strong fast face which is engineered to produce explosive ball speeds. Combined with Twist Face it allows for straighter shots especially on mis-hits.

MODERN PLAYERS SHAPE

A more compact shape offers versatility for the player that wants an iron like ball flight and workability. The new leading edge and sole geometry with optimised CG placement make this club a weapon from any lie.
