    Meet the Alpha

    Available 2.14.14

  • Callaway Big Bertha 2014 making a comeback?

We know last year was a ground breaking year for Callaway with the years best driver being the Callaway X Hot Driver.

It was by far the most accurate and forgiven on test, however it was the drivers overall length that was the most impressive.

Here we go again with a new driver launch. However with TaylorMade snooping at every movement its no surprise that Callaways premium driver is being kept under wraps. Well for a little while anyway, until the advertising bandwagon starts to roll.

I know what your thinking how can the driver keep hitting the ball further and further. Its not so much overall distance as the reduction of driver spin that is the holy grail of golf. Less spin = straighter shot. More loft = less spin, you see how it works as TaylorMades new more loft campaigns hit the shops don't be fooled by the distance tag.

Huge amounts of distance can be created by custom fitting and with the new drivers for 2014 there is many many options of shafts available and as
